We can deliver to [Insert Delivery Locations Here Including Areas You Don`t Deliver To]. All deliveries require a signature unless it can safely fit through your letterbox. Please remember to keep any receipts that come with your order.

Delivery Charges
Every effort is made to make sure our delivery charges are as low as possible. The type of product or service you require will determine the price of your delivery, the type of delivery you choose will also decide how much you pay. You may decide to have something installed or taken away, which will of course change the delivery price. If you decide to choose a premium delivery service additional charges will occur. You will always be able to check the status and price of your complete order before purchasing.

Delivery Times:
Deliveries are always given in terms of working days. Monday to Friday (not including Bank Holidays). If you order after 12.00pm this will be the same as ordering the next day. If you require next day delivery, please order before 10.00am.

Please Note: Occasionally there may be delays that are out of our control. All delivery times are based on everything working perfectly. Delays caused by factors such as problems with payment, the delivery company having problems etc. mean we cannot guaranty any precise delivery time. We will inform you as soon as we know there may be a delay.

Installation:
The installation service we offer is extremely efficient in both quality and speed. If you order a product from our website that has installation available, you will be able to select the service.

The installation service includes the following:

• The product will be tested in front of you to confirm

• The product will be explained to you in an easy to understand way

• We may be able to dispose of your old product for you

Damaged or Missing Orders
We will always do our best to make sure you receive the order you wanted, in the condition you expected. If in the unlikely event that you receive a product that is damaged or incomplete, please follow the instructions in the documents received with the product. If an item is missing please check the order status to make sure it has been sent, or contact us through the contact page.
